Too Easy to Become Homeless

It's way too easy to become homeless. Citizens for Adequate Housing just shared this link on Facebook from the Lowell Sun. http://www.lowellsun.com/ci_13538779?source=email

Citizens for Adequate Housing of the North Shore is running their Raising the Roof Gala on December 4th at The Sheraton Ferncroft. I've been for the last three years and there are few things more rewarding then helping out this organization. This year's event will be hosted by Randy Price from Channel 5's Eyeopener. For more information, give them a call at 978-531-9775 or visit them online at http://www.cahns.org.

In Massachusetts alone, there are 500 more homeless families then this time last year. With our economy in the state it's in, it's so important to help these families. Someone from Citizens once gave me a great example of how easy it is to find yourself homeless, so I will leave you with that. You know anyone who's ever been put in a situation where they needed to move back home? What if that family wasn't middle class? OK.... now what if that family wasn't there at all? Both situations pretty much leave you without any options.

Attend the event, or donate something to the auction. It's a really important cause and these families need any help you can give.
