Move those cars. Getting towed is expensive. This one is completely unnecessary. MBTA garage must need the money. :-)

I saw two trucks, plows lowered, effectively pushing a a thin layer of slushy water. Behind them, a thin layer of slushy water would reform. I'm not sure this is the best way to spend taxpayer money!
