Live from World Folk Festival Heritage State Park Lynn, MA

4:00 pm The world folk festival is in full swing and will be going on until 7pm.

4:30 There is food here from yans and Fernandos and there might be more.

I just had Fernando's chef Juan Gonzales' world famous empanadas and gaenachas!!!!

Juan Gonzales and daughter Dulce serve up some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. I don't know how many times I've talked about this chef on here, but it's not enough to do justice to his culinary genius!!!

Julio Bare & Co. Are playing music of South and Central America. Sounds incredible and a couple is salsa dancing.

5:00 pm - David Gass, organizer is now on stage.

Just spotted a woman with this drink. Where did she get that??

5:00 - Ralph Mancini is now on stage with some Italian songs.

5:30 - Girl from Friends of Heritage State Park singing The Star Spangled Banner

A great afternoon in an amazing park hearing amazing Lynn talent and eating amazing Lynn food. All of it in our amazing Downtown Lynn.

Thanks to David Gass, Rose Woodrome, Bob Connolly, and Mary Ellen Palermo for organizing such a wonderful event.  Can't wait for next year.  If you're reading this now, there's still one hour left.

At 7PM you can head over to Red Rock Park where more bands will be playing right up until the fireworks at 9PM.

Happy 4th Everybody!
