Take Me Out to the Ballgame

Spring is here. No really, it's pretty nice out this week. There are some reports we'll be seeing 70 soon. In addition, the NorthShore Navigators are gearing up for another incredible season at Fraser Park on Western Ave in Lynn, MA.

Have you ever been to Fraser Field? Whether you love baseball or not, it's a great way to spend the day outside with friends. Good ballpark food, beer and a really good game of baseball.

The league (NECBL) that the North Shore Navigators are a part of is developmental so you get really good talent from a host of college teams from across the United States and beyond. The NECBL website states they recruit players attending U.S colleges from New England, the other forty-four States and foreign countries.

If you like baseball, it's a great venue to see the game. This year they even have a Latin All-Stars, Team America, and NECBL All-Star game right here at Fraser. The latter a prize for winning the Championship last year.

The park is very clean and they promote a very nice family atmosphere. Right now, they are bringing on a new mascot which you can name today to be entered to win some great prizes.

I've been talking to their current mascot CHOMPS on Twitter. Hilarious. Chomps has agreed to be a guest speller at Arts After Hours' The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee on June 18th at 4PM. That is going to be hilarious.

Can't wait to take in some baseball at Fraser.

Fraser Field is located at 365 Western Ave.
